Refund policy

RETURNS
Exchange or Store credit only. Items purchased from B.NOVA are eligible for Exchange or store credit within 7 days after delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.

ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a store credit or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please be careful of makeup, deodorant, or any other substance rubbing off on the garment. It will not be accepted.

PROCESS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
